I'm just writing to thank you for excellent customer service. I command you shoes from a few weeks ago, I purchased an excellent experience. Shoes come early, you make me update my orders and shipments every step of the process, even after follow-up, I received my order. I ordered from another large online shoe company, of which I will resist the temptation to name the same shoes, it was a horrible experience. They did not send the shoes, the time commitment, do not communicate with me, I did place the order. I called and e-mail several times to find out what happened. After three years of promises not to wait for a few weeks, I gave up and canceled the order. At least, the store did not cancel orders because of my request. I ordered the shoes, because physical therapists suggest that they can not solve my hip pain, so "now time is running out." I found the shoes to other sites, but I do not want to ask the price guarantee จน because I just let your Customer Service expressed his thank

I just want you to know, I have experience with your company's shopping. I ordered snow boots, this is a little too tight right. Return them to this day, has been re-recorded new shoes next week on this day. I have never heard of such a quick turn around, I work in the Internet business! Keep the good work.
